Professionals of knowledge track usually work on different consulting projects that
involve intensive knowledge contents (field surveys and other forms of data collection,
qualitative and quantitative analysis, report writing, case writing, public presentations,
module development, etc. Usually these professionals have outstanding academic record
and possess extraordinary analytical and communication ability (writing and presentation).
They may also be specialists from any highly sought-after discipline. The career

Career Activation Program (CAP), is designed to support smooth transition from classroom
to workplace (C2W). Depending on the availability of appropriate vacancies, CDCS®
CAP Associate may be considered for potential employment at CDCS®, its
affiliates/SBUs or partners.
BE A CDCS® KAP Volunteer
CDCS® welcomes knowledge, advocacy and practice (KAP) volunteers ready
to adopt, and advocate good practices and/or contribute towards a social cause.
Under this program, KAP may pursue a supervised well-defined research and/or advocacy
agenda. They may as well get engaged in any other voluntary activities that contribute
to overall development and align with the mission, vision and goals of CDCS®.
